Learn how your company can escape tariff flags.

Retail-model migration without the hassle

Moving to the Free Energy Market doesn't have to be complicated. With Safira Simples, your company gets a tailored plan and support at every step to cut the electricity bill every month.

First things first: what changes?

Today you buy energy from the utility (e.g., Enel, CPFL) at a government-set price. In the free market, you choose who to buy from and negotiate price, term and type of energy. The utility still delivers the energy through the wires, and you still pay for that usage. What changes is who sells the energy.

Who is eligible?

Companies supplied at medium or high voltage (Group A). Your electricity bill shows terms like "contracted demand" and "green or blue tariff". Since 2024, all of them can migrate.

How migration works with us

Each step is led by our team, from diagnosis to savings on your bill.

  1. 1

    Energy audit

We compare your current consumption with previous periods, analyze tariffs and taxes and assess demand peaks.

  2. 2

    Feasibility study

We evaluate whether migrating to the Free Contracting Environment (ACL) is worthwhile for your business.

  3. 3

    Notice to the utility

Known as "Contract Termination Notice", it is the formal notification of your intention to leave the regulated market. Your contract with the utility has a term — usually about 6 months' notice. Check your contract, because this deadline defines when you can migrate.

  4. 4

    Meter adjustment

The meter must send data to CCEE. If yours does not meet the requirements, it will be upgraded.

  5. 5

    Grid Use Agreement (CUSD)

You sign the grid usage contracts with the utility (CUSD and CCD). You keep paying for the grid, but no longer for the energy itself.

  6. 6

    Savings

On the agreed month, migration happens and the energy starts coming from Safira. You begin receiving two invoices: the utility's (for grid infrastructure use) and Safira's (energy consumption), where the discount applies.

  7. 7

    Energy management

We take on your consumption with a fixed price every month, in packages tailored to your profile, with savings of up to 40% on your bill.

The whole process takes around 180 days!
