Autonomy to build the future.

Your ecosystem of energy solutions.

What the Free Energy Market is

The Free Energy Market (ACL — Free Contracting Environment) is where companies and large consumers no longer depend solely on their regional utility and get to choose whom to buy energy from, negotiating price, term and conditions directly with trading companies or generators. In contrast to the Regulated Contracting Environment (ACR), in which the consumer is served by the local utility at tariffs set by ANEEL.

ACR — Regulated Contracting Environment

The traditional model: your company buys energy directly from the local utility, at a tariff set by ANEEL. There is no price negotiation or supplier choice, and adjustments follow the regulator's calendar, regardless of the market moment.

ACL — Free Contracting Environment

Your company negotiates directly with a trading company, choosing price, term, adjustment method and even the energy source (conventional or incentivized, including from renewable sources). It opens room for tailored contracts, with real savings and more control over the budget over time.

We were born to make energy more accessible.

In 2008, we started with this purpose. Today, we keep building an ecosystem of energy solutions to meet the energy challenges your company faces.
